Almost there
It's been a minute since an update but we're hard at work right now. About half way done with post-production editing of 'Nothing Sacred' and things are comming along smoothly. The way things are going, it might be done by Monday and ready for the team to screen next weekend.
How cool would that be to release it early? It would be the shiznit!. For rizeal. Okay, enough with the slang talk, i hate that shit, but never the less, thats your update for today. Now i'm going to bed cause i've got some catching up to do on my beauty sleep. This wart is growing on side of my face that won't go away unless i can get at least 1o hours of Z's tonight.
If you're a video mixtape maker, and have something in production, we want your trailer. Yes, Aftershock Media will include your trailer in our mixtape, at no charge, with no questions asked. All we want in return is the chance to put our future trailers in your mixtapes if we're all working on one at the same time.
Same offer for the bands. If you have a music video you want to add to our feature, by all means, send it our way.

News and updates
With well over 2 hours of footage to go thorugh and possibly use, i'm upping the release date of 'Nothing Sacred' to early June instead of July. This will close this project for me leaving me open to work on other projects including assisting on the following news.
Aftershock recieved a verbal committment this week from McSleezy that he will compile his own mixtape for Aftershock Media. This project currently proposed to be entitled ' Pedobear's Epic Fail Tape' will be a stop and go motion tape of clips and photos with audio captions. This will be McSleezy's first venture into video work and will be assisted in the production by myself with audio assistance from /b/ Curran and other team members. We look forward to seeing what McSleezy comes up with.
Seems something needs to be done for the kids... THE DAMN KIDS i say. So we have a copule elementary students going to put together a little short project of kid friendly content. Cartoon clips and video game captures. No working titles as of yet, but we'll keep you updated.
Still no word from /b/ on the production of what would be titled, 'Punk Rock Porno'. Not even a verbal agreement. Guess i'll have to call his girl /l/ and get her to persuade him to become a mix-o-logist. Heh!
Consideration is being made by the team to work on some fan edits/remixes of oddball movies that some of the other fanedit remixers haven't done. Well keep you posted as this idea evolves.
Question for the masses... anyone seen 'Repo Genetic Opera' and what are you thoughts on it? Like it, love it, hate it, what tha fuck ever... we would like to know. I'm diggin the shit out of this film and don't really know why. Was hoping someone could point it out for me.

Alright... after an entire day of clipping and editing, then a little figuring, i've now found that i have well over 2 hours of stuff to use for "Nothing Sacred" and now i'm left with this big question. Should I make a 2 hour video mixtape OR should i be a little selective and keep with the origional plan of 75-90 minutes? Your comments are more than welcome on this question and will be listened to but for now, I'm going to do this. I'll plan on keeping with my plan and holding on to the leftovers for Volume 2. If you, the public feel that my first mixtape should be longer, I'll be happy to change the plan.
Other than that update, I'm thinking that this project will be in the books and ready for release long before my scheduled date of July 4th. Other projects can be worked on during the summer months and released during.

When i said it would be a busy 3 day weekend, i wasn't freakin' joking. Already i've cut 3 movies this morning and spent the last 2 hours working on the first full length trailer. It's being posted at the youtube page and myspace pages as i type. Be sure to check them out, subscribe, add as friend, blah, blah, whatever...

The point is, this fitness place here in my town, Choose 2 Change, is hosting a 2 day bowling tournament this weekend. Wii bowling for cancer. Yes, Wii bowling... ARE YOU KIDDING ME? No i am not. A team of 4 can enter for $50 and bowl with the Wii sports game on a 130 inch screen... 13O INCHES... OMG... So the big question is, how can i get access to a screen that big to premere 'Nothing Sacred' on for a public viewing? Somebody please tell me!!!

Lots of work this weekend...
So, i've got a ton of good stuff to cut clips from and intend on being uber-busy this weekend. Nothing better than a 3 day weekend with nobody home to bother you while you work. Be sure to check out the myspace page and let us know you're reading and interested in this project.
Chatted with /b/ today and i'm thinking a nice jailbait montage would go will with this one. What the jailbait would be doing in the montage, i won't tell yet.
We also discussed the idea of of /b/ putting together a little compilation video. The title discussed, ' The Homosexual Punk Rock Porno '. ( aka the HPRP) ...Nice name in my opinion and it wouldn't really be a porno but ... well ... you never know what /b/ and his people will come up with.
McSleezy turned down an offer to put together a picture/pause tape which we would have called ' Pedobear's Epic Fail Tape ' which would be the other half of the HPRP video. Oh well, nice to have good help right? Wait, i don't have any. LOL
So ideas come and go. Videos and movies are watched, cut and disposed of. Lots of Red Bull, Amp, Monster Java and maybe a little cocaine done in order to keep this project rolling. We'll continue to keep you posted and be on the lookout. During this comming week, i'm thinking i'll drop the first full length trailer for 'Nothing Sacred' Vol. 1.
